Licensed will be docked $170 and ESP will be docked 40% of their daily rate if they don't have an eligible exception from the policy.
As per DP335(B) and DP335 NEG:Annual/Personal leave shall not be taken during the first five days that students are in school unless listed as an exception in policy.

Pay Period: July 6 - August 2, 2026
Employees: Submit your timesheets at the end of each work week
Approvers: Please ensure you are approving timesheets weekly for accuracy
Final approver deadlines for 7/6-8/2 Time Tracking to be paid on August 25th
First approver deadline is 8/7/26
Final approver deadline is 8/11/26
